Three Pledges

Three pledges keep PolyJohn focused on being successful each day, while continuing to improve and grow our operations for tomorrow and beyond.

Good Citizens

We are good citizens of Indiana, our country and the world. During the deadly pandemic, PolyJohn was, and continues to be, essential in every sense of the word. Portable sanitation has always been essential to the well-being and safety of humanity, but the pandemic brought that to the forefront. There is no doubt we helped our customers, people we’ll never meet and communities around the globe persevere during those uncertain and frightening times. We, the entire PolyJohn family, answered the call and met the moment head on. PolyJohn and our products made a difference, and we couldn’t be prouder of this fact. You can count on PolyJohn.

Good Business

Since 1984, PolyJohn’s culture is one based on being there when you need us, whether you're just starting out or you've been in business for years. As you get to know our company and our products, you get to know our people because the only thing that lasts longer than our products is our relationships.

Our quality products, exceptional customer service and continuous innovation have allowed us to build a loyal customer base, including many clients who have been with us since we started more than 35 years ago.

Perhaps most importantly, we are proud to say we employ nearly 250 employees at our manufacturing facilities in Indiana and Canada, and we sell products To all parts of the globe.

Good Neighbors

When our grandfather, father and PolyJohn’s founder Ed Cooper started this operation, he purchased this land with an eye toward the future. He knew we had a higher duty to be good stewards of the surrounding land, water and wildlife. He would speak to us about others who came before us; they didn’t always share our core values, our environmental commitments, nor our sense of obligation to the natural resources in our care.

This said, we remain committed to responding to each inspection report from the Indiana Department of Environmental Management with ideas of improving cleanliness procedures already in place, or for any corrective measures needed to be taken. We welcome oversight of our operations. In fact, each day we are improving how we operate. We live here, too. The PolyJohn family—employees, management, the Coopers, all of us--understands what is at stake for our community. As Ed Cooper would say, “We will always do what’s right.”
